My Story

My journey began with solo travel to help me deal with the death of a loved one and try and rediscover who I was without them.

North East Meetups

I created North East meetups because I wanted to help others in the area build genuine connections and friendships. I wanted to build a community built on respect and the desire to explore places and adventure together with like minded individuals especially in the North East.

Abroad Group Trips

I started these because I knew how important travel was for me and how it changed my whole perspective on life. I wanted to give others the experience of discovering a new place with genuine like minded people and in a digital world, build human connections and friendships that will last a lifetime.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more.
