I am Emma, your trip organiser, and I am thrilled to help you connect, build excitement, and experience amazing adventures in Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
I act as the group leader, community organiser, and referrer, while One Life Adventures acts as the direct tour operator it is important to understand how our roles and responsibilities are split.
Please read the following policies carefully before participating in these group trips or clicking through to book.
1. Terms & Conditions (Our Role & Liability)
Our Role as Intermediary and Promoter
As The Itinerary Gal, I act purely as a promotional, community-building, and referral platform for group trips operated by One Life Adventures.
When you book your Sri Lanka or Philippines trip via my links or recommendations, your direct contract for travel services, logistics, and execution is strictly between you and One Life Adventures. I am not a travel agency, tour operator, or principal provider of travel services for these two trips.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING FLIGHTS
This group tour requires a minimum number of travelers to run. In the unlikely event that minimum numbers are not reached, the tour will be rescheduled or fully refunded, with a notice period of 30 to 60 days before departure.
Because we and our tour operators are not liable for any external transit costs, please do not book your flights until the tour departure is officially confirmed in writing.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers supplier cancellation to protect your flight bookings.
Limitation of Liability
Because the actual travel services are provided by One Life Adventures, I accept no liability or responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, accident, delay, schedule change, itinerary alteration, or service failure occurring before, during, or after the trip.
Any claims, complaints, or disputes regarding the tour itself must be directed entirely to One Life Adventures in accordance with their company policies.
Third-Party Terms & Policies
By booking a trip promoted through The Itinerary Gal, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by One Life Adventures' independent Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct. I strongly recommend reviewing their official policies prior to completing any financial transactions.
2. Booking Conditions
How Booking Works
All reservations, payments, and booking administration for the Sri Lanka and Philippines itineraries are handled securely and directly through One Life Adventures via my referral links.
Traveler Responsibilities & Requirements
Passports and Visas:
You are entirely responsible for ensuring your passport is valid (typically at least 6 months beyond your travel dates) and for obtaining any necessary visas or entry requirements for Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical emergencies, trip interruptions, personal liability, and baggage loss) is mandatory for all group trips. You must verify that your insurance policy covers the activities included in your One Life Adventures itinerary.
Fitness and Health: You are responsible for assessing your physical fitness and health requirements to ensure you can safely participate in the group trip activities across both destinations.
3. Refund Policy
Payments and Financial Transactions
Because all financial transactions, deposits, and final balances for the Sri Lanka and Philippines trips are processed directly by One Life Adventures, I do not collect, hold, or process any trip payments.
Refund and Cancellation Requests
I cannot issue refunds. Any requests for cancellations, date changes, or refunds must be submitted directly to One Life Adventures.
All refunds, credits, and penalties are strictly governed by One Life Adventures' official cancellation policy. Please review their policy carefully before booking to understand your rights if you need to cancel.
4. Privacy Policy
Data Collection on Our Site
When you visit The Itinerary Gal website, join our community interest list, or sign up for updates regarding the Sri Lanka and Philippines trips, I may collect basic contact information (such as your name and email address) solely for the purpose of communicating group updates, meetup details, and trip announcements.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
