1. Booking and Payments

• All trip payments are processed securely via our third-party provider, WeTravel. By paying your deposit via The Itinerary Gal website or booking links, you agree to WeTravel’s user policies and your selected payment installment plan

• 2. Package Pricing & Host Fees

• All prices listed on The Itinerary Gal are flat-rate package totals.This package price includes local supplier costs (accommodations, transport, and excursions) alongside a built-in Host Coordination & Curation Fee. We do not provide itemized cost breakdowns.

• 3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non- refunable.

• 4. Supplier Liability Disclaimer

The Itinerary Gal acts strictly as an independent trip organider, host, and itinerary coordinator.We do not own or operate any overseas hotels, tour buses, or local guide companies. All arrangements are made with independent third-party suppliers worldwide.

The Itinerary Gal accepts no legal liability for supplier service failures, delays, injuries, losses, or sudden vendor cancellations.

5. Mandatory Travel Insurance

• All participants booking via The Itinerary Gal are strictly required to purchase independent international travel insurance.Your policy must cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and luggage protection before the trip begins.
