The Itinerary Gal – Group Trip Terms & Conditions
1. Booking, Payments, & Host Authority
Secure Processing: All trip deposits and payments are processed securely via our designated third-party platform, WeTravel. By submitting a payment via The Itinerary Gal website or booking links, you explicitly agree to WeTravel’s user policies and your selected payment installment schedule.
Independent Authority: Booking through The Itinerary Gal constitutes an agreement directly with our hosted group trips. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings from individuals operating competing travel businesses, unauthorized commercial agencies, or those acting in bad faith.
2. Package Pricing & Proprietary Structure
All-Inclusive Package Totals: All prices listed by The Itinerary Gal are flat-rate package totals. This reflects a bundled price comprising underlying local supplier costs (accommodations, transport, and excursions) combined with our proprietary Host Coordination, Community, & Curation Fee.
No Itemization: To protect our proprietary business model, supplier networks, and operational framework, we do not provide itemized cost breakdowns.
3. Cancellations, Deposits, & Refunds
Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All initial deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal scheduling conflicts, changes of mind, or minor travel disruptions.
Installments & Balance Payments: Subsequent payment deadlines and refund thresholds are governed by the specific timeline outlined on your trip's WeTravel booking page. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your spot and all previously paid funds without recourse.
4. Supplier Liability & Operations Disclaimer
Intermediary Role: The Itinerary Gal acts strictly as an independent trip organizer, host, and itinerary coordinator. We do not own, manage, or physically operate overseas hotels, tour transport, or local guide companies. All local arrangements are outsourced to vetted independent third-party suppliers worldwide.
Limitation of Liability: The Itinerary Gal accepts zero legal or financial liability for supplier service failures, delays, property damage, personal injuries, losses, or sudden vendor cancellations.
5. Mandatory Travel Insurance
Strict Coverage Requirement: Comprehensive international travel insurance is strictly mandatory for all participants booking a trip with The Itinerary Gal.
Required Protections: Your chosen policy must cover, at a minimum, trip cancellation, emergency medical treatment, hospital evacuation, and luggage/gear protection.
Waiver: Failure to secure adequate insurance releases The Itinerary Gal from any responsibility for out-of-pocket costs incurred due to emergency situations, cancellations, or medical incidents abroad.
6. Proprietary Itineraries & Commercial Non-Compete
Intellectual Property Protection: All custom itineraries, daily schedules, supplier routing, location guides, and unique experiences curated by The Itinerary Gal are strictly confidential intellectual property.
Prohibition on Commercial Use: Participants, guests, and third-party industry observers are strictly prohibited from recording, documenting, repurposing, replicating, or using our itineraries to build, market, or run competing travel groups or commercial agency offerings (including home-based or host-agency models).
Legal Remedy: Any breach of this clause constitutes a violation of intellectual property and commercial confidentiality rights, and may result in immediate legal action.
